Interactive small group pilates classes from the convenience of your own home

The Katch a Vibe Digital Studio is aimed at making Pilates a more accessible workout for all. Our virtual classes, led by Marina herself, are done in real-time via Zoom. Capped at twelve people so all participants receive plenty of attention, Marina does the workout alongside you and watches carefully to give corrections as needed to ensure you’re using the proper form.

Pilates is a low-impact workout that makes a big impact on your overall physique. With a big emphasis on core strength, small muscle control, and lengthening and toning, you can expect a long, strong physique and improved posture.

Our interactive small group class format makes this the perfect option for those of you who love the social element of working out with others but prefer the convenience (and cost) of working out from home.

Classes can be purchased individually or you can become a monthly member and enjoy unlimited classes. Classes are All Levels. No experience is necessary.

Classes must be booked at least 12 hours in advance to secure your spot.

For any changes or cancellations, please do so online at least 12 hours before your class time to avoid losing your session.

Payment for your membership is due on the 1st of each month.

Memberships are month-to-month and do not require a commitment.
